Community Outreach & Information Dissemination (COID)
 The goal of Project EXPORT and the Center for Health Equality is to reduce health disparities within underserved communities in the areas of substance abuse and diabetes. The COID core works with two diverse Arizona communities: Hardrock located on the Navajo Nation and the Sunnyside and Elvira Neighborhoods located on the Southside of Tucson.
The primary objectives of the Community Outreach and Information Dissemination Core include developing and disseminating culturally sensitive health information and collaborating with the targeted communities in the implementation of evidence–based disease prevention and intervention activities.
