1. If you are a prospective graduate student, you must apply to the UA Graduate College.

2. In addition, you must apply to one of the following programs:

• Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health

• Master’s in Public Health, MPH program
• Master’s of Science, MS in Epidemiology
• Doctor of Philosophy, PhD in Epidemiology

 

• Mexican American Studies Research Center
• Master’s of Science, Latino Health Strand

3. Finally, complete and submit your fellowship application to:

4. If you are currently enrolled as a graduate student in one of the above programs you will only need to submit the application materials for the fellowship program. Acceptance into the fellowship program is contingent upon your acceptance into the UA Graduate College and one of the graduate programs listed above.
