If you are lost or need clarification on anything in any of your classes, definitely reach out to your professors or TA's. Utilize any resources that are available for students on campus. Also realize that while, yes, grades are important, so is your mental health and well-being. Remember to find time to take care of yourself during your time as a MEZCOPH student. Practice what you would preach as a future public health professional.
