The major goals of this project are to determine whether circulating levels of 25(OH)D or vitamin D intake are related to breast cancer recurrence within the WHEL study. This study was done with the Arizona Cancer Center at the University of Arizona.
The primary research at Zuckerman College of Public Health is to advance fundamental, translational, and applied research that addresses the health needs of diverse populations and aims to make a profound and measurable impact on the health and well being of Arizonans and those living in the Southwest. The College’s research office fosters and supports this goal.
