Using GIS modeling to compute traffic exposure for a cohort of children followed by the Arizona Respiratory Center. Traffic exposures are assessed in relation to incidence of lower respiratory tract infections and wheezy phenotypes.
The primary research at Zuckerman College of Public Health is to advance fundamental, translational, and applied research that addresses the health needs of diverse populations and aims to make a profound and measurable impact on the health and well being of Arizonans and those living in the Southwest.
