Postdoctoral research scholar at Northern Arizona University’s Center for Health Equity Research

Dr. Hunter will describe her current research that examines the relationship between cultural identity and health for Indigenous youth and her future research that examines 1) cultural identity of Indigenous peoples on urban-based reservations and 2) the health and economic impacts of the Violence Against Women Act in Indigenous communities.
